How the Black Hills Ace Works

Each week, participants purchase entries for a chance to be selected as the winner.

Weekly Drawing

• A winner is selected using a GLI-31 certified raffle platform, ensuring fairness and transparency

• In most weeks, the platform selects both the winning entry and the envelope automatically

• The drawing resets each week, and results are posted online for full transparency

Live Drawing Option

• On select weeks, drawings can be held live at events or partner locations

• A winning entry is selected, and the envelope is chosen in person

• The winning number is then entered into the system and recorded

This hybrid model allows for both efficient weekly operation and high-energy live events when desired.

Each week, we track two parallel systems:

• All entries purchased that week go into the standard drawing

2. Cumulative Jackpot Drawing

• Every entry ever purchased is assigned a sequential number that continues to grow each week

• When the Ace is found, a second drawing is held using these cumulative entries
